| With a transparent beryl brown base, the silver in Amazon Canyon provides a variety of surface finishes, ranging between cool colored pastels that luster a soft pattern to a metallic blue green. I like to work this color with a sharp, hot flame to try and keep the surface from a thick build up of metals. This way at the end of the piece a minor increase in propane on your flame setting will help bring out highlights in the color. - Mike Shelbo
