| Stainless steel formers are great to use in may ways. Line them with 1/8" fiber paper and use for strip construction, scrap melts, combing, pattern bars, pot melt forms, and for a dam for any fusing that is over 1/4" thick. Spray the fiber paper with Zyp or kiln wash for easier cleanup after firing. Be sure too read through the tutorials for more information and lots of ideas. Using stainless is fast and easy rather than building dams that have a possibility of collapse and making a huge mess in your kiln. |
